If the eyes are the windows to the soul, then the eyebrows are the beautiful, hairy window boxes that cannot be overlooked. Many Hollywood stars understand their importance, and have put their brows to work. Groucho Marx's were expressive, Audrey Hepburn's were alluring, and Lily Collins' are fan favorites. The Mortal Instruments star told Chelsea Handler that she lets fans touch her famous eyebrows, and if that's not evidence of a brow movement, then I don't know what is.
