'Homeland's Mandy Patinkin Admits to Being an Asshole, But He's Not the Only One
Homeland's Saul, an asshole? Hard to believe, but the actor who plays the beloved Showtime character, Mandy Patinkin, admitted his past regrettable behavior in an interview with The New York Times. Patinkin, who earned a reputation after abruptly leaving both Chicago Hope and Criminal Minds, said he wouldn't even let directors talk to him on the set of the former series. "I was so spoiled," he said. "I started off with people like Milos Forman, Sidney Lumet, James Lapine, unbelievably gifted people. So there I was saying, ‘Don’t talk to me, I don’t want your opinion.’ I behaved abominably. I don’t care if my work was good or if I got an award for it. I’m not proud of how I was then, and it pained me.”
But Patinkin is certainly not the only celebrity in Hollywood who has admitted to being an asshole. Here are other stars who checked themselves before wrecking themselves.
