Emma Stone's Jason Wu Ensemble from Spring 2015 Proves Some Designs are Seasonless

For the rest of us, fall might be in full swing, but let's be honest here — the rich and famous don't live according to seasons! The lights of fashion month — also known as "September" to mere mortals — have barely dimmed and yet celebrities are already being spotted in the best designs from the Spring 2015 runways. Most recently, Emma Stone's Jason Wu ensemble for this weekend's screening of Birdman at the New York Film Festival was hot off the NYFW runway. Does it get any cooler than the "not yet in stores" look?

As far as I'm concerned, the Spiderman actress can do no wrong sartorially. This beaded olive green blouse and coordinating asymmetrical skirt was one of my favorite looks to traverse the runway last month and I'm beyond thrilled that Stone was the first celeb to bust it out for a public appearance. The subdued color scheme played brilliantly off her gorgeous red locks and she opted to accessorize simply with black Aquazarra heels, elegant makeup, Ana Khouri ear cuffs, and — eeep! — black nail polish. Perfection.

While it is sort of weird to see celebrities sporting Spring 2015 looks before we've even experienced polar vortex 2015 (oh, sorry, I meant winter), nothing about Stone's Wu outfit screams "warm weather" to me. Besides, she looked so lovely that I can't complain. Here's the original two-piece ensemble on the Jason Wu runway:

And here's Emma Stone absolutely slaying it in the same outfit.
