Amidst Divorce News, Harmon Seems to Stay Positive

It's probably safe to say that Rizzoli & Isles star Angie Harmon is one positive lady in the entertainment biz. According to her rep, actress Angie Harmon is splitting from husband Jason Sehorn after 13 years of marriage. Late Sunday night, People broke the news that this longtime couple is ending their marriage — there is no word why yet — but it appears Harmon is trying to remain strong and upbeat during the difficult time. On Sunday morning, the actress tweeted a response to a fan looking for strength, and Harmon delivered.

As you can read below, Harmon admits that "life is hard" and says to never give up. Difficult and unbearable times happen to everyone, but Harmon assures her follower that it's best to stay strong. Whether she is just answering a fan straight from her heart, or she's including her recent separation news within the post, I don't know. However, Harmon's positivity and uplifting tweet is inspiring for others going through a similar situation. Anyone can easily be angry and sad during divorce, which I'm sure Harmon is also feeling, but to look at the glass half full takes a lot of courage and strength.

I'm sure Harmon, and her husband, are not only trying to remain mature and strong for themselves, but also for their three daughters, Emery Hope, Finley Faith, and Avery Grace. Harmon's never tried to sugarcoat her relationship and has admitted that marriage is a lot of work. In an interview with Your Tango, Harmon shared, "You have to be really considerate of each other, really kind to each other. It's a lot of work, really."

While she did respond to a tweet from a very kind fan, during this time, Sehorn and Harmon are asking for privacy. Harmon's rep confirmed the split with the following statement to E! News, "For the sake of their children, they ask for respect and privacy as they navigate this time in their times."
