Just How Whedon Will 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' Be?

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Marvel's new Joss Whedon-created superhero series, doesn't premiere for another two weeks, but luckily we won't have to wait that long for new clips from the series. Thanks to ABC, we have have five new Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. clips from the pilot to watch obsessively over and over again.

If you had any doubt before this that the show was Whedon-created, think again: In addition to totally pumping us up for the premiere of the series, these clips prove, without a doubt, that this show is all Whedon. From the witty dialogue to the snappy comebacks, this show is Joss at his finest, which is excellent to see after his last attempt at television, Dollhouse, sort of crashed and burned when it aired in 2009.

If you're not familiar, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is set to pick up where Marvel's The Avengers left off, and introduce the audience to five new agents, portrayed by Ming-Na Wen, Brett Dalton, Chloe Bennet, Iain De Caestecker, Elizabeth Henstridge. Agent Coulson himself, Clark Gregg, also stars as their boss, and the series will include special appearances from Marvel universe characters like Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson), Justin Hammer (Sam Rockwell), and Loki (Tom Hiddleston). Cobie Smulders will also reprise her role as Maria Hill in the series.

You can check out the clips below. Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is set to premiere on ABC on Sept. 24.
