With the premiere of Once Upon a Time fast approaching — just over a week! — ABC has finally released a full promo for the upcoming season, complete with a clear look at what to expect when Emma Swan, Snow White, Prince Charming, the evil Queen Regina, and others head on over to Neverland in an effort to save Emma's son, Henry. And, spoiler alert: It looks like things are about to get really dark.
Running at about two minutes, the promo gives us a quick recap of what's happened in the show's past two seasons before launching into a look at the upcoming third season: Henry has been taken to Neverland by Greg and Tamara, and his mother, Emma, is determined to save him. With the help of other residents of Storybrooke — including Rumpelstiltskin and Captain Hook — the main cast heads through the portal into Neverland in order to find him, but they end up getting a lot more than they bargained for because, as it turns out, Neverland's a pretty dodgy place! Apparently, it's a world where imaginations run wild, which has the potential to be really scary if you think about it.
