1D Makes Ugly Sweaters So Cute

Stop everything because ugly Christmas sweaters just became really freaking cute. But that may have something to do with the five guys wearing them. One Direction wore Christmas sweaters on Jimmy Fallon, and it's the best holiday gift — besides Harry Styles wrapped up in a bow underneath your tree, of course.

The British boy band appeared on The Tonight Show Monday night to sing songs with Jimmy and The Roots, and they each wore a different novelty Christmas sweater to get into the festive spirit. It's the cutest thing I've seen all week, so let's break them down for ya. We've got Louis rocking a Santa in a playing card and Zayn channeling Buddy the Elf, okay, Christmasy enough. Then things get a little more bizarre with Liam sporting a hipster version of the ugly Christmas sweater, with Santa wearing flashy aviators and a mustache (but mustache's are so in right now). Niall just seems a little confused as to what colors go with which holiday — green and white are St. Patty's colors, Niall, throw some red in there! (It's just the Irish in him). And then we have Harry, who is wearing possibly the most basic red sweater with a sparkly tree on the front, but it is none-the-less perfect because the only thing cuter than Harry Styles is a festive Harry Styles. It's the most wonderful time of the year.
