Gwen's Cool Girl Style Doesn't Stop on the Slopes

by Alexa Tucker

I always thought that après-ski attire was the stylish part of hitting the slopes, but once again, Gwen Stefani's breaking fashion boundaries and proving me wrong. On a snowy getaway to Mammoth Lakes, California with her beautiful family, the singer worked a leopard print coat, powder blue ski pants, and a red tartan blanket scarf. Sound bold? It was. But it was fabulous.

And here's the best part: the statements she's been making in the mountains will eventually be available for us regular people to get our hands on soon — her cold-weather gear is a part of her newest collection for L.A.M.B x Burton. Gwen's been teasing it on her Instagram over the past week, and from the looks of it, the collaboration with the outerwear company includes the aforementioned leopard coat and blue pants, a cool red patterned ski suit set, and pieces with sporty cargo green accents.

According to Gwen, the collection will be available by fall, but I still might have to channel my inner rocker chick on my ski trip next week by swapping my boring neck warmer for a patterned blanket scarf and working a bright red lip instead of my usual cherry ChapStick. (I said might. Might.)
