You Have To Watch Nick Jonas Rap Iggy & Drake

by Alyse Whitney

Your day is about to get a lot better after you watch Nick Jonas rapping Iggy Azalea, Drake, and Sir Mix-a-Lot. During an appearance on the UK's Capital FM radio show, he surprised everyone by rattling off the lyrics to "Fancy," "Started From the Bottom," and "Baby Got Back," respectively, although only one of the songs had a really fast-paced rap. This was for the show's "Instaoke," where artists try to sing or rap 15-second segments of popular songs, and for the most part, Jonas got 'em all. He stumbled through the "I wanna get with you and take your picture" line of the booty-poppin' song and raised the octave quite a bit in Charli XCX's part of "Fancy," but overall was very impressive.

This wasn't the first time that he showed his quick singing skills. Last time he was on the show, he sang — not rapped — Kanye West's "Gold Digger" and showed off his range with *NSYNC's "Bye, Bye, Bye" and Ariana Grande's "Problem." If he wants to bring any of these songs as covers to his next tour, I don't think anyone would complain. Bonus points if he brings along the FAO Schwarz piano or gets shirtless and grabs his crotch. I mean, what? Check out both videos below.
