Here's a Surprising Fact About Their Split

by Alanna Bennett

The Kardashian-Jenners caused about a thousand entertainment writers' eyes to go wide with excitement Tuesday when they announced the change in their relationship status from "married" to "its complicated." Most people took that as confirmation that the pair was planning to divorce, but according to Bruce Jenner, who opened up about the split Wednesday, Jenner and Kris Jenner are not divorcing — they're just living apart indefinitely. "I'm doing great," Jenner told People in an interview checking up on him after the announcement. "Kris is happy, I'm happy. Nobody is filing for divorce. Kris has her own place and I have my own place. There's no animosity. Everything is good."

So... everything's good, everyone's happy, and these people are just going to stay technically tethered to each other for the rest of their lives? K.

It was already pretty public knowledge that the two had been living apart; Bruce's time spent at the family's Malibu beach house away from Kris was well-documented in last season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. And, apparently, the show will continue to document the split in the upcoming season. Of course. "The show will continue to address all aspects of the family's lives," a source close to E! told The Hollywood Reporter. "And it's obvious to anyone who has been watching throughout the series that Kris and Bruce have always been open about their relationship."

So, there you have it: Everyone's perfectly happy not acting like they're married but technically remaining married, and it's all gonna be aired on national televisions. It's all very Kardashian.
