3 Designer Mindy Project Outfits For Sale On Ebay

by Madison Alcedo

Our favorite funny girl and fashionista is getting serious, and it's for a good cause. Fox's The Mindy Project and star/creator Mindy Kaling have partnered with the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network to auction off three designer outfits from character Mindy Lahiri's wardrobe — one outfit from each of this season's last three episodes. In memory of Kaling's mother, all of the proceeds from the eBay Giving Works auction will benefit the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, according to the organization's news release. The auction is near and dear to Kaling's heart as she lost her mother to pancreatic cancer in 2012.

The outfits are so Mindy and so great, and the prices for the items aren't too expensive — yet. Right now there aren't many bidders on the outfits either (how great would it be to get a piece from the show?!) Currently, the highest bidding piece is a MILLY pencil skirt for $212, but we're guessing the bids will rise in the next few days in support of the cause.

The first outfit, consisting of an Emanuel Ungaro top, MILLY skirt, Ralph Lauren belt, and Juicy Couture earrings, will be live until this Thursday. The second outfit from tomorrow's episode is a Missoni long sleeve dress and Betsey Johnson earrings, which will be live until this Friday. The third outfit from the finale on March 24 will be posted the same day (ooh, a surprise!) We're hoping the final outfit is just as awesome as these:

You would think the turquoise combination from this outfit during the March 10 episode would be too much, but it actually works since the pieces are different patterns.

These Betsey Johnson earrings are the perfect blinged-out accessory for the Missoni dress from the "What to Expect When You're Expecting" episode.

Just when we thought we couldn't love Mindy any more than we already did, she surprises us with this selfless act of kindness, and a bunch of stylish ensembles, too.
