9 April Fools' Day Pranks To Play On Your Boss — So Long As She Has An Amazing Sense Of Humor

We often dream of seeking some harmless revenge on our boss, and on April Fools' Day there's a chance to make that dream a reality. That being said, there is a certain art to choosing April Fools' Day pranks to play on your boss. The timing has to be perfect, the execution has to be flawless, and the person has to be willing to laugh at themselves. Otherwise, you could end up searching for a new job before the day is done.

Now that may seem like an exaggeration, but there's a bit of truth to that sentiment. While there are limitless pranks to play on coworkers, you have to be a bit more careful when it comes to your employer. The joke can't take too much time away from their work, and it can't make them look like a fool in front of their employees. Your boss also has to have the right personality for your prank to work. They don't have to have a Michael Scott-level sense of humor per se, but they can't be Donald Trump's doppelgänger either.

If you think your boss can handle a good-hearted joke, then you'll want to get to work immediately. After all, April Fools' Day is right around the corner. From temporarily tampering with office supplies to serving some “sweet” justice, here are nine April Fools' Day jokes to play on your boss without getting fired at the end of the day.
