Carlton's Got Big News

Carlton had a baby, y'all! Or rather, former Fresh Prince star Alfonso Ribeiro had a baby with his wife. We know the hospital waiting room probably wasn't packed with '90s TV stars. But in our heads the waiting room was definitely packed with '90s TV stars.

Alfonso and wife Angela Ribeiro (maiden name Unkrich) welcomed Alfonso Lincoln Ribeiro, Jr. to the world on Sunday, Oct. 27 at exactly 10:45 in the morning. Both of the new parents tweeted their elation, with Alfonso writing "We are so blessed," and Angela following up the next day saying "Absolutely loving the first 24 hrs with our new baby boy. He is healthy and beautiful...incredibly blessed."

We know Fresh Prince wasn't a reality show and that it was fiction and blah blah blah, but we can't help but picture Will, Ashley, Vivian, Philip, Hilary, and Goeffrey gathered in the Cedars-Sinai gift shop bickering over what to get them as congratulations. Let us dream!

Also, parts of that scenario might not even be too far off, considering Will Smith was a groomsman at the Ribiero wedding (along with 'N Sync's Joey Fatone). This is the first child for the couple, though Alfonso has an 11-year-old daughter Sienna from a previous marriage.

So let's celebrate, Carlton-style.
