With Pitch Perfect 2 hitting the multiplex this weekend, pretty much everyone I know, including myself, has plans to see The Bellas and The Treblemakers in action again. Mall retailer Express created a Pitch Perfect 2 collection that is dual-gender, which means there is a collection designed for the girls and a collection designed for the boys. It's not a movie; it's a lifestyle, okay, and with it comes associated fashions!
Both ranges are based on looks in the film. Hold on. I need a second to clap 'til my hands are sore. With these collections, fans can take their Pitch Perfect fangirldom—or fanboydom—to the next level.
Since the film is an ideal date night flick, and since Express caters to both female and male customers, this collection hits all the fashion high notes. The film's costume designer Salvador Perez handpicked the styles in the collection, which is comprised of tropical florals (oooh!), summer dresses (aaah!), separates (yay!), and accessories for the ladies. The gents can rock denim, suits, casual shorts, and the signature 1MX dress shirt in an ombre design that is limited edition and so, so sharp. Huzzah!
