RAYE Shoes Launched Its First Summer Collection

Owned by e-commerce site Revolve, RAYE Shoes launched its Summer 2015 collection earlier this week, bringing us some strappy styles and ground kissing sandals that are sure to be a season staple. To celebrate the launch, supermodel Chrissy Teigen, WhoWhatWear’s Hillary Kerr, The Man Repeller Blogger Leandra Medine and ClassPass Co-founder Payal Kadakia hit the streets to show off their favorite styles from the collection. Wearing styles they have trademarked as their own, these fashion industry icons prove that where there is personal style there is a RAYE shoe.

I remember joining my college fashion show junior year and having to learn how to walk in heels. You may laugh, but what a struggle that was. I must have walked up and down my apartment hallway a million times over, counting my steps and rhythmically putting one foot in front of the other. I can now throw on any shoe and strut like I was it’s creator. So if you're intimidated by those immaculate RAYE stillettos, I encourage you they are worth the buy and practice. Of course, if heels are your demon, you can always opt for a pair of Sienna Slides or Roxy Sandals.

As Marilyn Monroe once said “Give a girl the right shoes, and she can conquer the world.” It may be a difficult task to conquer the world in laced up, snake embossed leather 4” heels, but for the good of man kind and a sexy pair of shoes, I’ll definitely try.
