Nina Dobrev Wore Lela Rose To The CFDAs

Even though she was noticeably absent at this year's Met Gala, Nina Dobrev's 2015 CFDA Awards dress reminded everyone why she's one of the most fashionable young celebrities today. Dobrev wore a stunning Lela Rose gown with a sleeveless silver top and floor-length plume skirt. It was a dramatic yet sweet look on the Vampire Diaries actress, who was one of the first stars to arrive at the CFDA red carpet.

"I'm looking forward to eating Polenta fries after this," Dobrev told Lucky magazine's Eva Chen (who tweeted about their red carpet run-in). Fans of the actress agreed that while she looked stunning and effortless (as she always does), her feathered skirt looked downright comfortable, especially for an evening gown. Dobrev attended the CFDAs with her dress designer Lela Rose, who created her showstopping dress as well as actress Bridget Moynahan's purple ballgown last year.

To complement her shimmery CFDAs look, Dobrev accessorized with silver drop earrings and a metallic clutch. Her dark eye makeup and pale lip also gave a perfect contrast and mimicked the hard and soft details of her ensemble. Before she stepped foot on the red carpet, Dobrev posted a teaser of her CFDAs dress on Instagram along with a photo of a bouquet of flowers from Rose.
