Try Putting This In Your Coffee Instead Of Sugar

True coffee lovers are always on the lookout for the next best thing. In this case, the next best sweetener. There are so many healthier options to sweeten your coffee than just plain sugar. All-natural spices and sweeteners give your coffee that extra kick you need in the morning. Regular, granulated sugar isn't always the healthiest option and besides, if you never try anything else, you might never discover that there are other options that taste really good. Why not add a little boost to your coffee? Adding healthier options is that much more beneficial than just your typical caffeine fix. Oh, and caffeine is pretty good for you as well, by the way. From antioxidants to heart health benefits, natural sweetener options are just the way to go, IMHO.

These options can even taste better than regular sugar as well. Maple flavored coffee? Sign me up! Who doesn't like a little extra something when it comes to their morning cup of coffee? It's the best wake up call that you can get. Wondering what type of healthy options to add to your coffee? Here are a few of my personal favorites to jump start my coffee. 1. Honey

Honey is the ultimate healthy sweetener. It has antimicrobial and antioxidant properties that make hit a great way to super charge your morning coffee.

2. Cinnamon

Wanna add a kick to your cup of coffee? Add cinnamon! This spice adds a new note of flavor, while being great for your body. Cinnamon improve your blood sugar levels, and help fight off infections. Talk about a powerhouse of a spice.

3. Vanilla Extract

This is not your average coffee creamer. It takes your coffee to another level without adding any excess sugar. It's super yummy.

4. Stevia

Have a hard time forgoing sugar? Try Stevia! It's a plant-based substance that is way better for your health than your average sugar.

5. Cocoa Powder

Love the taste of chocolate? Add it to your coffee! Cocoa powder adds plenty of flavor, while it aids in your mental health. The powder is a natural antidepressant and mood elevator.

6. Agave Nectar

Like any added sweetener, less is always more. However, agave nectar is a flavor that can't be beat. Agave is 1.5 times sweeter than regular sugar without adding any extra negative components to your diet.

7. Maple Syrup

The first thing to understand when it comes to adding maple syrup to your coffee is that it needs to be the real deal. No off-brand choices here! In order to keep your coffee as healthy as possible make sure to add all-natural maple syrup. The taste will blow you away.
