13 "WTF?" Moments From Drake's "Energy" Video

You need to see this: Drake premiered his "Energy" music video via Apple Music on Thursday and it boasts more "WTF?" moments than you can possibly handle. The strange clip parodies a number of memorable pop culture moments from the past several years (like Miley Cyrus' controversial "Wrecking Ball" treatment, for instance), and uses CGI to superimpose the 28-year-old rapper's face (or sometimes just specific features) onto other peoples' bodies. The effect allows him to transform into a variety of figures, ranging from LeBron James to President Obama. It's pretty cool (but also a little creepy).

According to Rap-Up, Drake told Beats 1 radio host Zane Lowe on Thursday that he got his inspiration for the video from the face morphs in Michael Jackson's iconic "Black or White" visual:

I was like, "Man, you know, FX have come such a long way." I bet we could do something crazy with this and how many people in the world feel like they have enemies? Everywhere you go, there’s always someone who wants to pull you down and even celebrity friends of mine or people that I don’t know. I want people to rewind it a bunch of times and go and tell someone else to watch it. It’s shocking, it’s beautiful, it’s a lot of things.
