Will Louis' Baby Affect 1D's Tour Dates?

For the uninitiated, Louis Tomlinson of One Direction is allegedly expecting a child. Yes, one of the members of Britain's favorite boy band may soon be a father! His baby mama is none other than Briana Jungwirth, according to a report from People . According to the report, the two 23-year-olds will become parents sometime in 2016. According to a source — a "mutual friend" — from People, "Louis is happy and very excited about becoming a dad and he thinks Briana will be an amazing mother. It was a surprise at first, but he and Briana are very, very close friends and this has brought them even closer.” Considering they will be sharing a child with the same DNA, one would hope so!

The source continued: "Louis and Briana care about each other very much and have spent a lot of time together privately over the last few months. They are both really happy and although they aren’t in a relationship, their friendship is extremely strong and they are both really excited about the baby. It’s early days and Briana and the baby’s health are the most important things right now.” Bustle reached out for comment but did not immediately hear back.

Even if the pair aren't romantically involved persay, the publication also reports that Tomlinson will be a "hands on dad" and vows to support his baby mama through her pregnancy. And according to the report, he's already done as much, flying to L.A. to be at his friend's side during her ultrasound. But with all this new excitement in Louis' life, will he still have time for the band?

According to One Direction's website, their tour dates are still set all the way through mid-October in both the United States and across Europe. It's hard to say whether or not Louis will need to take some time off as the pregnancy progresses, but for now, it looks like fans can expect to see the 23-year-old crooner on stage along his fellow band members for the next couple months.
