Princess Charlotte joined her parents, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge on an official visit to the Commonwealth Games on Aug. 2, winning over spectators with her enthusiastic expressions.

As well as watching a variety of competitions, the Cambridges also paid a visit to SportsAid, which supports young athletes. During her visit, Princess Charlotte placed a medal on its medal board.

Sitting between Kate and Prince William, Princess Charlotte could be clearly seen enjoying the swimming, hockey, and gymnastics events.

Though at times, the lull between heats got a bit much for the young princess. At 7 years of age, the Princess is one of Queen Elizabeth’s 12 great-grandchildren.

The Duke and Princess shared adorable moments, too. Over the weekend they filmed a sweet video wishing the Lionesses good luck in the Women’s Euro Final agains Germany.

During a visit to SportsAid at Birmingham University, Princess Charlotte revealed that gymnastics was the sport she most liked, per the BBC.

The Duchess of Cambridge wore a white blazer and trousers, while Charlotte embraced a nautical theme in a black and white striped dress from Rachel Riley.

Princess Charlotte had the chance to meet athletes, too. Here she is shaking hands with swimmer Warren Lawrence of Dominica whilst attending the swimming competition at the Sandwell Aquatics Centre.

The women's pool hockey match between India and England got a bit much for the young Princess.

Princess Charlotte's younger brother, Louis, captured the nation’s attention during the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee when he was pulling various faces during the flypast and at the Jubilee Pageant. An act Princess Charlotte was clearly happy to carry on.
