Gochujang Chili Crab & Artichoke Dip

Crab dip is amazing. Crab dip and artichoke dip together is even better. Now, add spicy Korean Gochujang paste to that crab and artichoke dip, and it’s a whole different ball game. The butteriness of the crab, the briny artichoke, and the heat of the gochujang paste harmonize perfectly in this dinner dip that you’ll mysteriously find yourself craving all the time.

1. Drain artichoke hearts. Chop and set aside. Preheat oven to 375°F. Soften cream cheese in microwave at high for 15 to 20 seconds.

2. In a mixing bowl, stir the mayonnaise and cream cheese together. Fold in the artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Gochujang. Last, add the crab or imitation-style crab meat.

3. In a separate bowl, melt butter. Add crushed crackers and mix until crackers are coated. Set aside.

3. Spread the crab mixture into a 9-inch pie plate or two 2-cup casseroles plates. Bake, uncovered, at 375°F about 20 minutes or until heated through.

4. Remove dish from oven and top dip with ½ box of crushed crackers. Bake for an additional 5 minutes, then garnish with green onions. Serve with Town House® Pretzel FlipSides® Original Crackers. Makes 32 servings.

Mediterranean Hummus With Crispy Chickpeas & Toasted Sesame Seeds

Add optional garnishes like roasted red peppers and black sesame seeds, and you have all the texture you could ever want.

1. Open and drain your first can of garbanzo beans, reserving liquid for later.

2. In a food processor or blender, combine beans, tahini, lemon juice, oil, 2 tablespoons of reserved bean liquid, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cover and blend until smooth. Refrigerate at least 3 hours to blend flavors.

3. After 3 hours, remove your hummus from the fridge. Garnish with crispy chickpeas, toasted sesame seeds, and red peppers. Serve with Town House® Flatbread Crisps Italian Herb. Makes 12 servings.
