Makeup artists' entire portfolios are available to us with the swipe of a finger, and provide us with endless inspo to try out on our own. There is so much good content out there, in fact, that at times it can be overwhelming. So who are the best makeup artists to follow on Instagram?

These days, makeup artists have become just as relevant as the famous faces they decorate.
