Last-Minute Super Bowl 2017 Dip Recipes

by Kiersten Hickman

With the Super Bowl right around the corner (Sunday, Feb. 5!) I’m sure you're scrambling trying to figure out what to make for your Super Bowl party (or what to bring over to a friend’s Super Bowl pot luck display). When it comes to sporting events such as this, I find that there is one dish that people go crazy for that take absolutely zero effort on my end: Slow cooker dips. If you agree, then boy do I have a crazy list of last-minute Super Bowl dip recipes for you.

Now I have to admit, pretty much all of these dips aren’t the best thing to make for vegans — so make sure you have other dip alternatives for your vegan friends (like a good salsa or pico de gallo). However, at least half of these dishes don’t have meat in them, which makes your vegetarian friends very happy. Plus, most of them are also gluten-free. So you’re already winning in the eyes of most of your crowd.

I have to admit, I’m tempted to try this Queso Verde dip right below, that white pizza dip, as well as that buffalo chicken cheese dip (I mean, I just keep staring at it, and it never gets old). There’s also a few artichoke dip ideas, a crab Rangoon dip, and even a roasted Brussel sprouts dip. Oh, and I threw in a dessert dip for you as well!
