21 Hilarious Christmas Memes You Need In Your Life

by Chelsey Grasso

Christmas is right around the corner (how does it always creep up on us all so quickly?), and in order to help get you into the holly, jolly, holiday spirit of the season, I've rounded up some funny Christmas 2017 memes that will make you laugh hysterically — or, at the very least, text to someone with an "lol." Either way, if you take a scroll below, you're in for a good time.

Christmas can be a bag of mixed nuts for some people. The holiday parties, colorful decorations, and gift-giving traditions are right up many people's alleys, but there are also quite a few of us that can't stand all the holiday cheer. No doubt, the Christmas season can feel like a sensory overload with so much to see, do, and hear. But you know what? It can also be a time of fun and festivities that helps get you through the brutally, cold winter. Pros and cons, my friends. Pros and cons.

Whether you love taking part in the Christmas holiday or whether it's really not your jam, take a moment to enjoy a Christmas-inspired laugh below. Even if you can't stand Christmas, you'll get a kick out of these memes. And if you're a fan of the season like me? All the better!

And Merry Christmas to you as well.

Totally busted. Somebody couldn't wait for Christmas to get here. I don't blame him.

Sorry, Hipster Santa — but I'm not doing that. Cookies and milk all the way. Besides, macaroons are pricey.

As are the long lines, crowded parking lots, and wrapping paper cuts. (But so is the holiday cheer!).

Nobody should be putting up lights before December, let alone Thanksgiving. Don't kill any baby reindeer. It's quick way to get on the naughty list.

There's a reason you get put on the naughty list, and there's a reason Santa checks his list twice.

I find these little red elves disturbing. They show up everywhere with their creepy little smiles.

You hate it, but you love it. It's just one of those things that people have very conflicted feelings about. Bring on the presents, Christmas lights, and holiday parties!

Oh, come on, Grumpy Cat. Everybody has a little bit of Christmas spirit deep, down inside. Yes, even you.

Isn't this how everybody feels on Dec. 24? In fact, isn't this how everybody feels the entire month of December? Well, it's either that or you can't stand the season. Hate-love.

Sounds like a good time to me. Particularly the Tollhouse cookie dough part, followed by the snuggling.

Kind of unfair when you think about it that way. Santa, why do you get to be on such a high horse, huh? Nobody's perfect.

Funny how that works, right? Santa's got to take a closer look at his lists.

These houses are the best, always bringing Christmas cheer to the whole block. Are they paying an arm and a leg for electricity? Yup, but it's so worth it.

Make sure you buy shatterproof ornaments. No, seriously. There's nothing cats like to play with more than shiny, hanging balls.

Wasn't this the worst possible thing that could happen as a kid on Christmas morning? (And the stores were always closed on Dec. 25, so you had to wait a day to get batteries).

Putting up decorations before Halloween should be illegal.

Don't let them kill your holiday spirit, pug. Haters gonna hate, lovers gonna love.

What Christmas morning feels like. (It's also, I'll have you know, a cat's happy place).

There are no reindeers cuter than this one. Not even Rudolph. Nope, he's got nothing on this guy.
