ALERT: Halo Top Is Releasing Seven New Flavors

Halo Top, company that has created a magical potion that looks like ice cream, tastes like ice cream, but somehow also has a ton of protein and can technically count as a meal, has just announced some seriously exciting news. As Buzzfeed revealed on Aug. 3, Halo Top is releasing seven new flavors, and you're going to start drooling excessively when I tell you what they are.

Drooling in a good way, of course. The new flavors are pretty adult, as far as ice cream flavors go. One might even call them "artisanal". Their inspiration ranges from things you'd order at a coffee shop to things you never thought had any business getting involved in ice cream at all. But they all have one thing in common: they're all so tempting that you'll surely find yourself standing in the frozen food aisle at the grocery store, covered in a blanket of cold fog as you try to decide which one is coming home with you first. Fun solution: get more than one. Each pint is essentially one serving, so if you've got undies for each day of the week, why not have ice cream for each day of the week? (Never imagined I'd compare those two notions, alas.)

In a press release today, Founder & CEO of Halo Top, Justin Woolverton said:

“Our fans wanted more flavors – and we did too. We made a list of which flavors they wanted the most and figured out how we could make them the Halo Top way. Making new flavors is always fun and we absolutely can’t wait for these to hit shelves.”

Uh yeah, neither can we! OK, I'll get to the good stuff. The new flavors won't be hitting grocery store shelves until later this month, and won't reach national totality until the end of the month, but trust, they're on their way! Meet your new favorite flavors, in no particular order:

Carmel Macchiato

Regular coffee ice cream is so basic. Caramel Macchiato ice cream is straight adulting. Are two scoops about to be the next two shots?

Mochi Green Tea

Green tea ice cream?! So adult! So cultured! So fancy! Insta brownie points for any host who brings this out after dinner. Guests will be hella impressed.

Rainbow Swirl

*Opens up Instagram* and *takes unicorn-themed pictures of ice cream* and *gets lots of likes*.

Pancakes& Waffles

I don't know how they thought of this flavor, but I will thank my lucky stars every night that they did. Praying there's maple syrup involved, too. Pro tip: crumble bacon on top.

Cinnamon Roll

OMG I hope it smells as good as it sounds. This counts for breakfast, right? Someone please make morning ice cream a thing with this new flavor. Imagine a scoop of this in your coffee. *DROOLS*

Candy Bar

When I was younger (this is a lie, I do this now) I crumbled up candy bars and put them in my ice cream. I never dreamed that someone would actually make a flavor like this one day.

Chocolate Covered Banana

Don't bother making an ice cream sundae, Halo Top made one for you. All you need is a spoon.
