In The Bustle Booth With Jerrod Blandino

When celebrities hang out with Bustle editors, we want to give them the chance to leave their mark. Literally. So we hand them a pen, a piece of paper, a few questions, and ask them to get creative. The rest is up to them. This time, Too Faced co-founder and Chief Creative Officer Jerrod Blandino is leaving his mark in the Bustle Booth.

You might not be able to name all the founders of your favorite makeup brands, but there's a very good chance you know who Jerrod Blandino is — or at the very least, recognize his face and smize. That's because the Too Faced co-founder and Chief Creative Officer remains hugely active in the creative direction of the brand, even though he and his husband sold the company to Estee Lauder in November 2016 — for a cool $1.45 billion, no less.

Too Faced is bigger and more successful than ever before, with major launches like the Sweet Peach collection and the world's best-selling mascara, Better Than Sex, in its repertoire. And it's thanks in large part to the bubbly, ultra fabulous, and tireless Blandino who tells me he couldn't be more thrilled to step through the pink doors of Too Faced's HQ each and every single day.

"I've been incredibly blessed. I've made more money than I have ever dreamt of making, and I still come to work and I'm still so excited because I get to affect the world in a positive way. I get to cheer people on. I get to create makeup and color," Blandino tells me from the inside of a glass-walled conference room decorated with giant, fluffy lashes. "Too Faced is all in my head and it's in my heart."

But there's more to Blandino than makeup and glitter (though that's a big part of who he is, too). Learn more about Too Faced's COO from his Bustle Booth below, like what he drinks instead of coffee and what his favorite emoji is.
