Fans Need To Act Quick To Snag Tatcha's Cherry Blossom Lip Set

by Jessica Thomas

If there's one thing I know about cherry blossom season, it's that it's brief. So it also makes sense that the Tatcha A Cherry Blossom collection is limited-edition. If cherry blossoms don't stay around forever, why should it? Although I sadly missed the cherry blossoms in DC this year, I'm glad I can still get my fix with Tatcha's A Cherry Blossom Lip Contour trio, which is back for a limited time on the brand's website.

I know the beauty brand Tatcha because its cult favorite The Water Cream moisturizer is crazy popular at Sephora, but the brand's array of products extends far beyond moisturizers. Considering Tatcha is based in Japan, I'm not surprised it celebrated cherry blossom season with a limited edition collection. When it first went on sale three weeks ago, the lip contour trio sold out relatively quickly. Well good news — it's back for a limited amount of time, and the collection is still available as of now.

Tatcha Water Cream, $68, Sephora

The A Cherry Blossom Lip Contour Trio contains a lip liner, lipstick and balm, and it "contours, hydrates and imparts a universally flattering pink blush with a creamy sheen," according to the brand's website. Sounds just about perfect, right?

I love the soft pink shade of the trio and the fact that it comes with a sheer, gold-flecked balm to layer on top of the usual lip liner and lipstick combo.

Plus, how pretty is the gold and pink packaging?

A Cherry Blossom Lip Contour Trio, $85, Tatcha

The trio is so popular that it's slowed down the Tatcha website, but just keep refreshing until you get to the purchase page — for now, it's still available. And the best part? Separately, these products retail for $118, but when you buy the set you can get all three for $85. It doesn't seem like this collection will last that much longer though, so snap it up while you can.
