IT Cosmetics Just Created A Concealer That Clears Breakouts

by Kali Borovic

When it comes to finding the perfect concealer, most people are looking for coverage and blendability. If you can believe it, this latest product goes even further than that. According to their Instagram announcement, IT Cosmetics created a concealer that clears breakouts. Basically, it's a skincare and makeup item all in one. Oh, and you can add it to your makeup bag right now.

IT Cosmetics is no secret to skincare. They have an incredible Confidence In A Cream Moisturizer that people liked so much they made an eye cream and cleanser to go with it. The brand even came up with a Secret Sauce Luminizer that's unlike any formula. Now they're taking everything they know and adding it to their makeup as well.

There are two major reason that people use concealer — to cover breakouts and to brighten their under-eyes. IT Cosmetic's Bye Bye Breakout Concealer does both. According to their Instagram post, "100 percent of participants said Bye Bye Breakout Concealer covered blemishes and acne and 94 percent said it improved skin clarity." Those are some serious results, my friends.

As of Aug. 19, there are only seven shades of their Bye Bye Breakouts available.

You don't have to wait in excitement for this to launch, either. The Bye Bye Breakout Concealer is available on the IT Cosmetics website right now. You'll get an almost half an ounce bottle for $28. While that is slightly higher than other concealers out there, this one does way more than the other.

According to the product information it's "infused with anti-aging peptides and hydrolyzed collagen, plus oil-absorbing zinc oxide, kaolin clay, witch hazel, tea tree, sulfur and a AHA/BHA complex." In non-makeup terms, that means it has coverage and skincare all in one.

Another innovative aspect about the product is the packaging. While most concealers come in slim, liquid lipstick looking bottle, this one comes in a much wider bottle. Actually, it looks more like a skincare bottle than makeup. I see what they did there.

It's not all foreign though. There's a doe-foot applicator attached to the top of the bottle, so you can apply as you normally would.

As of Aug. 19, all seven shades are currently in stock on the IT Cosmetics website. There's no word on when or if they will be adding more colors to the collection. Fingers crossed that they expand soon, because everyone deserve this kind of miracle makeup items in their lives.
