As confirmed by Entertainment Tonight, Real Housewives of New York City's Luann de Lesseps' daughter, Victoria de Lesseps, was arrested and charged for allegedly driving while under the influence in the village of Sag Harbor, which is located in The Hamptons. Bustle has reached out to Luann for comment, but did not receive a response at the time of publication. However, Victoria's attorney, Edward Burke Jr., told ET, "I look forward to defending her vigorously in court."

According to the Sag Harbor, New York Police Department, which spoke with ET, the 22-year-old was arrested on April 7 after police officers reportedly spotted her driving her 2003 Land Rover without headlights. The Sag Harbor police claim that Victoria's blood alcohol content level was allegedly over the legal limit of .08 percent. ET reports that Victoria was kept overnight, had an arraignment the following morning, and was then released. Per ET, Victoria is set to appear in court on May 5 at the Sag Harbor Village Justice.

The East Hampton Star previously reported that Victoria was pulled over after midnight on Main Street. The outlet also reported Victoria took a breathalyzer test at the station, where she allegedly blew a .15 percent. Per The East Hampton Star, Victoria was released without bail.
