The 2 Real Housewives J. Law Most Wants To Invite To Dinner Would Cause Quite A Ruckus

In an interview with Oprah Winfrey for The Hollywood Reporter, Jennifer Lawrence named the three people she'd want to have dinner with, and two of them are Real Housewives. Lawrence chose Bethenny Frankel and Luann de Lesseps from The Real Housewives of New York City, as well as Scott Disick from Keeping Up With the Kardashians as the three people she would want to have at a dinner party. Aside from only picking reality TV stars, Lawrence choosing Frankel and de Lesseps for a dinner party is hysterical given the many infamous dinner parties the ladies have attended during their time on RHONY,

The actor admitted to Winfrey, “I'm not proud of that, but that's what comes from my heart.” There’s no reason to feel guilty for loving reality TV. Lawrence is the biggest reality TV fan of them all and she has great taste.

Disick has created some prime drama during some dinners with the Kardashians and Jenners on Keeping Up With the Kardashians over the years and the Real Housewives franchise is known for group dinners gone awry. A successful event is great and all, but it can get boring after a while and Lawrence is anything but boring.

The Oscar winner made some great choices. Frankel and de Lesseps are OG cast members and all star Housewives. At this point, there have been over 100 Real Housewives cast members, so narrowing the list down to just those two is very flattering. They’re both accomplished entrepreneurs, loving mothers, dedicated philanthropists, and seriously funny.

Anyone who has that much going on is bound to express some strong opinions at a group gathering, and it’s happened a lot throughout the years on RHONY. Lawrence might want to share a meal with them, but if their dinner ever happens she might want to relive these moments first to fully prepare herself.

The Argument In The Berkshires

Things got ugly between between the co-stars at Dorinda Medley’s Season 8 Christmas party at her Berkshires home. It started out lighthearted enough when de Lesseps joked that she helped Frankel create her famous Skinnygirl margarita and that Frankel stole her hairstyle. Then things went left when de Lesseps brought up her relationship with Tom D'Agostino, who previously had a connection to Ramona Singer and Sonja Morgan.

Frankel yelled, “The problem with you is that women don't trust you, and they think you have sex with married men, and you cheat and you f*ck younger guys and criticize other people about the same thing that you do, and you act like you're holier than thou, and you wrote a book about etiquette, and it's the most comical thing." And that was one of the nicer quotes from the disastrous dinner party.

Their Miscommunication Over The Mexico Trip

A couple of seasons ago, de Lesseps was feuding with Carole Radziwill for dating her chef, Adam, who happened to also be her niece’s ex-boyfriend. Frankel is besties with Radziwill, so she met up with de Lesseps for dinner to tell her in person why she wouldn't be invited to her Mexico trip during Season 8. Frankel couldn’t get a word in and de Lesseps just went on and on about D'agostino and how she believed it was “thoughtful” for him to give a bracelet to his ex-girlfriend. She RSVP'd “yes” to the trip without ever being invited and Frankel asked “Did you take crystal meth tonight?” before the dinner abruptly ended.

The Facialist Drama In Montana

The Housewives were in Montana for (way too) many episode during Season 6. One night, they were attempting to have a nice dinner, but it didn't go well. Morgan's facialist gossiped about de Lesseps' love life in previous episodes to her clients and de Lesseps wanted to know why her friend didn't have her back. Morgan said, "Are you upset with the facialist, or what people are saying?” and eventually Luann screamed, "Don't talk sh*t!" and "You're not a friend!" before she walked out of the dinner.

The Topless Movie Scene Fallout

During a Season 9 cast dinner in the Hamptons, Singer brought up a topless scene that Frankel did for a horror movie decades ago, saying, "You're in the press naked and doing soft core porn." What really set Frankel off was when Singer brought up her young daughter in an already touchy conversation. Singer asked, "Has anybody approached your daughter?" And Frankel went off and responded, "At six? Yeah. Diane Sawyer came to her school yard and actually approached her." Frankel unleashing her fury at Singer during this dinner party really set the tone for the rest of Season 9.

More often than not, dinner parties with Real Housewives cast members will be full of drama, but for a super fan like Lawrence, it's probably more about sitting back, watching the action, and taking in the soon-to-be iconic quotes (along with Scott Disick, apparently). If she wants to have an exciting dinner party, Frankel and de Lesseps are perfect people to invite.
