They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day but sometimes, there just isn't enough time to have it. Gone are the days of waking up early in order to cook a healthy and nutritious breakfast or make up a bowl of cereal. I hate to admit it, but I'd much rather forgo my standard slice of toast or cereal for an extra hour in bed. But without that burst of energy in the morning you can feel tired or sluggish. So, since we're skipping meals due to time constraints, here are the best breakfast to have on the go.

According to WebMD, breakfast is important because "kick-starts your metabolism, helping you burn calories throughout the day. So why is it that millennials skip breakfast? I don't know about you, but if I'm tight for time in the morning and don't feel particularly hungry, breakfast doesn't seem like much of a priority. But that's an attitude I have to change.
