We’re constantly fascinated by what our zodiac sign says about our lives, whether it's which signs are most compatible or how each sign handles conflict in relationships. That's why Bustle has enlisted Mecca Woods, a New York City-based astrologer of MyLifeCreated.com, to tell us all about how astrology is affecting our lives each week. This week's topic: your weekend love horoscope for May 27-28, 2017.

Love takes some interesting twists and turns this weekend with the Moon still in friendly and curious Gemini. A late Friday night out could turn into an early Saturday morning, which could bring us a whole lot of fun and a little bit of mischief, like hooking up with a cute stranger or flirting shamelessly with anyone that crosses our path. Later in the morning, the vibe takes on a more tenderhearted tone as the Moon shifts into sensitive Cancer. With the Moon at home in her watery, emotional realm we'll be in the mood for romantic connections that offer depth, nurturing, and commitment.

We could find ourselves needing more than what someone can give or promising someone more than we can handle.

However, we could just as easily find ourselves in our feelings come early Sunday morning when the Moon squares off with Jupiter in Libra and syncs up with dreamy Neptune in Pisces. We could find ourselves needing more than what someone can give or promising someone more than we can handle. That's why Mercury in pragmatic Taurus and Pluto in realistic Capricorn will be on hand to make sure we stay focused on what's actually there. By the end of the day, the Cancer Moon squares off with Venus in independent Aries, which could have us at odds with what we need (intimacy) and what we want (freedom).

Aries (March 21 - April 19)

Tina Gong/Bustle

You may not see eye-to-eye with your love this weekend because of a family matter or unresolved issue. However, before you opt to break up and move on, know that this could be the catharsis you need to release an old, unhealthy pattern in how you mate and relate to another. Face what scares you.

Taurus (April 20 - May 20)

Tina Gona/Bustle

While it's important to be open, receptive, and willing to give others a chance when it comes to your heart, it may be necessary to ask yourself if someone you're interested in is as really amazing as you think they are or if you're just seeing what you want to see. It's OK to challenge your own perceptions.

Gemini (May 21 - June 20)

Tina Gong/Bustle

Is your partner or a potential love interest demanding more of you than you can afford or should be giving right now? While it's OK to be thoughtful and accommodating toward the one you're into, it's important to make sure you're not depleting yourself or your resources. It may be time for some boundaries.

Cancer (June 21 - July 22)

Tina Gong/Bustle

What you want and what someone else wants for you when it comes to love and relationships could be a source of tension this weekend. It may be time to worry less about what others think or what they have to say and listen more closely to your own heart. You're smart enough to know what you want.

Leo (July 23 - Aug. 22)

Tina Gong/Bustle

It's easy to blame others when they don't live up to the big ideals we have about love, which when coupled with painful memories, can jade our outlook on relationships. However, instead of pointing fingers and clinging to the past, you're asked to take responsibility for the role you've played in your love life.

Virgo (Aug. 23 - Sept. 22)

Tina Gong/Bustle

While you're not known for being the most sensitive or mushiest of signs, you do need tenderness, support, and intimacy from the one you love (or are looking to love). This weekend, you may be asked to be more truthful and authentic about those feelings if you want a special someone in your future.

Libra (Sept. 23 - Oct. 22)

Tina Gong/Bustle

Someone you're dating may look good on paper, but are you forcing something that isn't really working because you're afraid of being alone? While the desire for partnership is an honest one, don't allow desperation to be your motivator. Don't give up what you really want for another's happiness.

Scorpio (Oct. 23 - Nov. 21)

Tina Gong/Bustle

Before you get carried away this weekend and throw yourself head over heels into a new romance, it may be important to take a step back and ask yourself whether you can honestly see this person as a part of your everyday life. To find out, call on your investigative skills and skip the small talk.

Sagittarius (Nov. 22 - Dec. 21)

Tina Gong/Bustle

Someone you're dating, or may be considering dating, seems to be able to offer you the passion and excitement you desire. However, when it comes to your deeper needs for intimacy, this person may be pretty inconsistent. As such, you may need to release your more superficial values around love.

Capricorn (Dec. 22 - Jan. 19)

Tina Gong/Bustle

You could have some difficulty getting on the same page with your partner this weekend as what they need and what you want seems to be two different things. Ultimately, what both of you want is some special attention and nurturing from each other. Don't let a false sense of pride get in the way.

Aquarius (Jan. 20 - Feb. 18)

Tina Gong/Bustle

While you may want to keep things light, playful, or a bit detached when it comes to a lover, you may need to take a deeper look at the relationship. Are you forcing yourself to see the best in something that just simply isn't there? Don't discount your intuition or the facts in front of you. Look again.

Pisces (Feb. 19 - March 20)

Tina Gong/Bustle

You may find yourself craving some fun this weekend when it comes to romance, which could have you attracting potential love interests that may not be able to offer you anything past that. Enjoy yourself yes, but be intentional about who you allow into your world. Fun and substance can co-exist.
