How To Use For an even natural look to the skin, apply to center of the face, and then blend outward. For an even more luminous glow to the skin, add 1 pump of The Celestial Skin Liquid Lighting Highlighter in desired shade, to appropriate shade of The Etherealist Skin Illuminating Foundation. Tips: This formula is incredibly stable and sets quickly, blend immediately upon application. Our recommendation is to apply and blend one eye before applying to the other eye.
