- 6 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Zest and juice of 1 large lemon
Instructions

It also gets bonus points for being delicious.

- Organic turkey slices
- Sprouts
Instructions
- Layer all the ingredients together between two slices of bread (or toast, if desired) and enjoy.
Dinner: Turkish Pasta Bowl
Having a DIY pasta bowl waiting in the fridge can be a game-changer for busy weeknights. Prep each component ahead and use food storage containers to keep all of them separate, then when you’re ready to eat, simply combine them in a bowl for a comforting pasta dinner that tastes as good as it did on day one.
Besides being tasty, this recipe features loads of satisfying protein from the ground beef and yogurt sauce. You’ll also find fiber in the pasta, as well as vitamin C from the tomatoes, and antioxidants from the parsley.
Ingredients
Crispy beef and onions
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 3 teaspoons smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Yogurt sauce

- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Paprika butter

- 1 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Pasta and garnishes
- 1 pound pasta

- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, then cook the pasta according to package instructions.
