Hailee Steinfeld Considers Abortion In 'Ten Thousand Saints' Clip Co-Starring Asa Butterfield & Emile Hirsch — EXCLUSIVE VIDEO

This isn't the first time Pitch Perfect 2 star Hailee Steinfeld and Asa Butterfield have joined forces. The young stars teamed up for 2013's Ender's Game, playing teammates and friends in the family-friendly adaptation. This time, the material gets a bit darker, as the two talented actors take on the infamous Tompkins Square Park riots of 1988 New York City in Ten Thousand Saints . Amid the AIDS epidemic and the general gentrification of the city, three teenagers break away from their disfunctional family lives and form their own makeshift family.

Written and directed by Shari Springer Berman and Robert Pulcini, the story follows new-to-the-city Jude (Asa Butterfield), rocker musician Johnny (Emile Hirsch), and well-to-do Eliza (Hailee Steinfeld). The film premiered at 2015's Sundance Film Festival to a packed house, with the film's stars — Hirsch, Steinfeld, Butterfield, and Academy Award nominee Ethan Hawke — all showing up to support the independent film.

In this exclusive clip from the film, we see Eliza contemplating what to do about an unplanned pregnancy with the help of Johnny and Jude.

Watch the exclusive clip from Ten Thousand Saints, and see the film in theaters and On Demand Friday, August 14.
