Celebs React To Republican Debate

There's no doubt that the Republican party, and politics in general, can cause a stir, which is exactly what happened during Thursday night's first Republican presidential debate. The event featured 10 of the candidates running for president in 2016: Donald Trump, Jeb Bush, Scott Walker, Mike Huckabee, Ben Carson, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, Rand Paul, Chris Christie, and John Kasich. The debate was moderated by Fox News anchors Bret Baier, Megyn Kelly, and Chris Wallace. As always, the debate created conversation across the nation, including words from many celebrities who expressed themselves via social media about the many things they agree or disagree with from each potential POTUS.

Even before the debate began, several celebs took to Twitter throughout Thursday to discuss the event. From encouraging others to watch to cracking jokes to crafting a drinking game, they were very vocal about it. Take comedian Patton Oswalt, who wrote, "Briefly returning to Twitter tomorrow to live-Tweet the glorious fecal hurricane that shall be the @FoxNews Republican debate." As for Bachelor and Bachelorette host Chris Harrison, he tweeted, "Still in talks with @abc and @abc politics about hosting the GOP debate and the dramatic tearful after debate show." Wouldn't that be entertaining?

Well, the same can also be said for the actual debate, which included many tweet-worthy moments. Check it out:
