Leave it to the youngest Jenner sister to totally slay the VMAs red carpet harder than anyone else (OK, maybe not harder than Miley Cyrus, let's be honest). Kylie Jenner's 2015 VMAs outfit is on point, naturally, and is also skintight and super short. Is anyone really surprised that she brought really brought it tonight? After all, the VMAs are known for having an insane red carpet, and Jenner is known for rocking amazing, albeit frequently risqué, ensembles.
The newly minted adult (Jenner turned 18-years-old on August 10th) stepped out wearing a neutral toned (seriously, it's practically beige), heavily embellished dress long sleeved dress that looks very much like it was designed by Olivier Rousting for Balmain, with some spiky stilettos that match the frock to a T. Naturally, she couldn't leave the house without sporting a contour worthy of her half sister Kim Kardashian, some classic '90s brown lipstick, and a soft smokey eye look with mega lashes.
Jenner's hair, however, is the real show-stopper. Ever the hair chameleon, she's obviously sporting a new 'do — subtle Old Hollywood waves... and bangs! It's a nice change of pace, but it doesn't come close to touching her signature (and my favorite of her many hair looks) blue ombré, IMO.
Shall we take a peep at that hair?
Wow. And check out the texture of that dress! It's so unique.
Want to know what would have made this gorgeous outfit even better though? A glimpse of Jenner's reported little red heart tattoo.
