Zac Efron & Sami Miro Are In It To Win It
Once upon a time, I was absolutely certain that Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens were meant to be. I mean, hello, High School Musical's Troy and Gabriella were the epitome of romance, theatrics, and whimsy. Clearly, I was wrong. As I am about many, many things. As we all know, they have since split and found other people that are, ahem, the true "music" in them. Case in point, Zac Efron and his girlfriend, Sami Miro, have just publicly commemorated their first anniversary.
Now, you may think that a first anniversary is no big deal (you cynic), but despite a year not being that long of a time in the grand scheme of things, it is actually a true accomplishment. In Hollywood and elsewhere in this day and age — what with Tinder, online dating, and cheating website scandals — a year means braving all those things and still being able to maintain the spark while figuring each other out. And, when you consider all of the tragic celebrity breakups that have been spreading like wildfire this summer in addition to those rampant obstacles, you can see just how special a year together can be and what it spells for the future.
In addition to their anniversary pic, here are 10 more pictures of Efron and Miro that show they're in it for the long haul.
