Paying an insane amount of money to go to an over-crowded bar in an uncomfortable dress and then not being able to get a cab home at the end of the night is my actual living nightmare. And it somehow is on everyone's agenda for New Year's Eve. Ergh. NO THANKS. It's built up to be the biggest party night of the year, but in reality New Year's Eve is THE WORST. There are a million things to love about this movie. Little Joseph Gordon-Levitt. 90s hair and fashion. A killer soundtrack. Plus Julia Stiles reminds us time and time again why going out and partying is lame. But Heath Ledger, oh my heart.
