Beyonce Wore Denim On Denim & Somehow Looked Insanely Chic — PHOTO

Just when you thought it was kind of a major fashion no-no, Beyonce wore denim on denim, according to Perez Hilton, and looks so chic. You're seriously going to want to wear nothing but denim this fall after seeing her, which is great, because you probably already have most of the pieces in your closet already. Yay for bringing back old staples!

Bey is not only the queen of the music industry, she's also queen of the fashion industry (and basically, just queen of everything), so when she says something works, it works, and this weekend she stepped out wearing denim on denim. On denim. Yes, that's right — triple denim. I'm now questioning everything I thought I knew about fashion.

After rocking the stage at the Global Citizen Festival over the weekend, the "Drunk in Love" singer grabbed pizza with Jay Z in Brooklyn and got really comfy and casual with a chambray shirt underneath denim overalls and a jean jacket. And it, surprisingly, looks seriously cool. Part of that is probably because of her styling. Beyonce paired her triple denim with some edgy, platform Stella McCartney sneakers, beachy waves, and a classic red lip, to bring a little glam to the overall look.

She's totally pulling it off, but I still feel like I would look like a complete goober if I tried this one out. Yet, she convinces me that I should try it out! If you want to give it a go, here's how to steal her look.

1. Chambray Shirt

The wardrobe staple is so versatile, it goes with everything — apparently, that includes denim. (Chambray Shirt; $39; urbanoutfitters.com).

2. Denim Overalls

If you don't already own a pair of overalls, it's worth investing in them — they are basically the "it" item of the year. (Skinny Overalls; $158; madewell.com).

3. Jean Jacket

Taking you right back to the '90s. (MOTO Denim Jacket; $80; topshop.com).

4. Platform Sneakers

Just to edge up all that denim (DKNY Sneakers; $150; shopbop.com).
