LiLo Might Join The 2020 Presidential Race
Well guys, it looks like the 2020 presidential race is shaping up to be even crazier than the one we're currently dealing with. Back in August, Kanye West announced his campaign for the 2020 election, and now, a somehow even more shocking candidate has voiced that she considers joining him. On Friday, Lindsay Lohan announced she might run for president in 2020 on her Instagram account. Or, at least I think she did. Is she joking? Is she serious? It's really hard to tell these days. If you told me four years ago that Donald Trump would be leading the polls as the republican nominee for president, I wouldn't have believed you, so really, who the hell knows.
The 29-year-old actress wrote under an Instagram of herself at what appears to be some sort of fancy gala dinner with the caption,
In #2020 I may run for president. Through ups and downs #YESWECAN lets do this @kanyewest #truespirits thank your for inspiring us to be better people @barackobama #kanyewest2020 #lindsaylohanat35 #lindsaylohan2020 with #34yearsofEXPERIENCE #unitingWORLDnations @aliforneycenter @savethesociety @unicef
Soon after, Lohan posted a photo of herself with Kanye West and the caption,
The first thing I would like to do as president of [American flag emoji] is take care of all the children suffering in the world. #queenELIZABETH showed me how by having me in her country.
For those unaware, Lohan is currently living in London.
I truly don't know what to make of this information. My mind is telling me that the Herbie Fully Loaded star is just having a laugh and really wanted an excuse to post that pic of the time she met Kanye (I would too, girl). But the presidential race has been so crazy as of late that by the time we roll around to 2019, if Lohan does end up polling third behind Kanye West and the dude that played David Puddy on Seinfeld (yo, I'm assuming things keep getting crazier), then will I be all that surprised?
Yes. Yes, I still will. Lohan, explain yourself.
