It may seem like it has been all about celebrity breakups in Hollywood lately — just yesterday we heard the sad news of Gigi Hadid and Joe Jonas' split — but not all star romances are headed for splitsville (thankfully). After the couple announced their engagement, Hanna Davis debuted her engagement ring from Derek Jeter at the Country Music Awards in Nashville on Wednesday, and it's even bigger and better than what you probably imagined.
So what does a five-time World Series champion choose for his supermodel fiancée? Something truly spectacular. The stunning piece features a large round-cut diamond set on an extra glittery pavé double band. The shiny sparkler emanated a regal vibe with a certain vintage-inspired feel. It's seriously gorgeous.
The Sports Illustrated swimsuit model dressed up her ring with an ethereal champagne-colored chiffon gown. The pretty dress featured a plunging neckline and a tight bodice with a single geometric cutout at the center. A racy thigh-high slit flaunted Davis' super long legs and added a bit of vampiness to the ensemble. She kept her jewelry to a minimum, putting her stunning sparkler on full display, which is really all she needed IMO.
Take a look at the exquisite ring.
So elegant and chic, don't you think?
Here is the rest of her pretty look from the CMAs.
Whether you're into round, oval, or cushion-cut designs, there's probably a celebrity ring to fit your every fancy. Let's take a look at some of the most gorgeous celeb engagement rings lately, shall we?
1. Julianne Hough
Hough's large oval-cut sparkler is one of my absolute favorites.
2. Alison Brie
The pretty circular design looks like something a princess would wear.
3. Sofia Vergara
Vergara's ring takes the cake for most glamorous and over-the-top, and I'm kind of obsessed.
4. Lady Gaga
It doesn't get anymore unique than a heart-shaped ring.
5. Jamie Chung
It seems circle-cut rings are quite popular in celebrity land.
6. Jennifer Aniston
Now that's what I call a statement ring.
