Kim Kardashian Claims "North Posted This" About A Sexy Throwback Photo & Now Everyone's Getting In On The Action
Kim Kardashian literally published a book of selfies, but she's still human, and sometimes, even she has trouble navigating social media. And on Friday, it got her into a little trouble. A throwback photo of Kim Kardashian in a bikini appeared on Twitter and Instagram Friday afternoon, but Kardashian quickly took down the posts and uploading them again with a new caption, claiming the original post was the work of her daughter, a two-year-old. "North posted this on IG while playing games on my phone. Not sure why or how she chose it but I'm not complaining," Kardashian wrote.
And no one believed her! As if that wasn't enough, she also deleted that tweet and re-uploaded the pic with another edit that said "RP" at the end (presumably, meaning repost).
"North posted this" blew up on Twitter real quick (surprise, surprise), with people posting everything from sexy selfies in the style of the Kim K photo, to inappropriate photos of Al Roker, to straight up porn (and unfortunately, that includes screenshots of Kardashian's sex tape with Ray J). "North posted this" has become the new "Oh, this old thing?"
Personally, I really don't think that Kardashian is lying about North posting the photo. One, because children now know more about screens and technology than I do, so sure, North could know how to post old photos of her mom on Instagram. And two, because when Kim Kardashian wants to post a photo of herself, she does it! She doesn't need any kind of explanation. She could have shared that photo all on her own if she wanted, without any sort of justification. But all the deleting and reposting looked suspicious, especially with the captions.
That being said, it doesn't really matter if North posted the photo or not. Some of the Twitter responses are incredible and hilarious, and that's what really matters here.
