I’d consider her a “cool kid” no matter what she wore, but with this outfit, she takes that moniker to a whole new level. Kendall Jenner wore overalls and was the epitome of cool. She styled them with a baseball cap and a cropped sweatshirt, and if she was going for an effortless kind of look — she nailed it. But, then again, she always does.

She posted a photo wearing denim white overalls to Instagram with the caption, “Just us kids in our overalls.” The photo did have a very youthful feel, but I think that’s kind of what you’re going for if you’re wearing these, you know? Not to say that the one-pieces still can’t be totally chic, but no matter how you style them, they’re great for making you feel like a kid again. Now that Jenner’s the big 2-0, maybe she’s missing her adolescence. I mean, they were good years for her.

Me personally, I’d opt never to go back to my teenage times, but I can definitely get on-board with rocking some youthful, spirited overalls. Thankfully, they’re super easy to layer, so if you’re feeling Jenner’s vibe, you can easily get her look this winter. Check out her ensemble and then shop the best pieces for layering with your denim one-piece this season.

Pairing a turtleneck with a pair of overalls will keep you warm and stylish. Plus, since it's form-fitting, it won't cause any extra bulkiness when you tuck it in to your denim onesie.

2. Chunky Cardigan

Going big and fuzzy with a cardigan that you can easily throw over your overalls will keep that fun vibe going and be super cozy at the same time.
