Jessica Jones, the new Netflix series from Marvel Studios, is fantastic on its own, but also shows the first threads of continuity with Daredevil and this miniature Hell's Kitchen heroes universe. When will Claire Temple appear on Jessica Jones ?
We know that Rosario Dawson is confirmed to revive her role as the nurse who befriended/smooched Matt Murdock and took care of his wounds off the record. At the end of the series, she and Murdock parted ways. In the comics, Claire Temple is a love interest for Luke Cage, so watch out, 'shippers.
However, while Jessica visits Metro-General (Claire's hospital) a few times in the first couple of episodes, and a few of the supporting characters on Jessica Jones works there as well, Nurse Temple is not yet to be found. I'm not too surprised. Jones has a lot on her plate with Kilgrave at the beginning of the season, though it would be nice if she had Claire Temple in her corner. Granted, she also needs Matthew Murdock At Law on her side. Jeri Hogarth has got to go, am I right?
Claire doesn’t appear until the final episode of Jessica Jones, spoilers for “AKA Smile” follow. Finally, the many visits to Metro-General Hospital pay off, and Claire enters this corner of the Marvel Cinematic Universe in a big way, helping an injured Luke when nobody else can — because he's, you know, unbreakable. I don't want to give too much away about her methods or how over this type of Hell's Kitchen apartment medical practice she is, but it is definitely worth the wait. In addition to Jessica Jones, Claire Temple will also appear in Daredevil Season 2 and Luke Cage, the third Netflix series coming from Marvel studios.
