5 Things Lindsay Lohan Should Resurrect From Her Old Acting Career for Her New Movie
Things got really weird at Sundance yesterday when Lindsay Lohan made her first ever appearance at the festival to announce the next phase of her "comeback"— and yeah, we know, whenever Lindsay Lohan shows up it's really weird. The actress, who's currently filming the docu-series Lindsay for Oprah Winfrey's OWN Network, turned up at the festival yesterday where she locked reporters in a room and announced that she'd be producing and starring in a psychological thriller. So the Lohan "comeback" we've all been waiting for is in full, bizarre swing.
The film, titled Inconceivable, was described by the Mean Girls actress as a psychological thriller about a woman trying to reclaim something she's lost. Sounds like really something, right? Inconceivable is set to start filming in March but Lohan made no announcement about a director for the film or any costars. Lohan expressed excitement about finally attending Sundance and actually having something to bring to the table, calling it her fresh start in the industry. It seems like she's definitely taking this return to the spotlight seriously — which can only last so long, so I guess we should enjoy it now.
As crazy as Lohan's announcement and, to be completely honest, her entire existence is, there's one thing we can't deny — she had a seriously good run in the past. (Especially during her early days with Disney and obviously with Tina Fey and Amy Poehler in Mean Girls.) So here's to a return to her former pre-rehab glory and the hope that she'll find some way to resurrect these five things from her old acting career in her new "psychological thriller."
