The Alleged Yeezy Season 3 Model Rules Are Crazy

by Erin Mayer

In case you've been living in a soundproof cave, you're probably aware that the Yeezy Season 3 fashion show took place on Feb. 11th at Madison Square Garden. The Internet went totally bonkers over Kanye West's latest collection, but I'm more interested in talking about the totally insane rules the Yeezy Season 3 models allegedly had to follow. Complex's Skylar Bergl tweeted out a photo of the alleged code of conduct for West's team of models, and, if real, it is totally bonkers. But hey — what else would you expect from the artist who is as famous for his Twitter meltdowns as he is for his music and his fashion designs?

Some of the reported rules dictated by this sheet of paper make sense — "stand straight," for example, is pretty self explanatory — while others are vague or downright contradictory — "no fast movements" appears on the list right above "no slow movements." I'm confused, and it's not even my job to listen to what Kanye has to say. So, did all the models take these alleged mandates to heart? They seem to have fared OK, but, as Racked points out, fashion legend Naomi Campbell, who walked in the show, "broke the 'no sexy posing' rule because she's Naomi Campbell."

Take a look at the reported rules below.

Bustle has reached out to Kanye's rep for comment and will update if we get a response.
