Well, if you ever wanted stars from Scandal and The Mindy Project to date, your wish might have just been granted. According to Us Weekly, Bellamy Young and Ed Weeks are dating. Say what now? Never would I have ever guessed these two to be an item, but I'm totally digging it. While hanging out at Elton John's Oscar Party on Sunday, these two reportedly couldn't keep their hands off one another.
Per an insider who spoke with Us, they weren't afraid of a little PDA and were rumored to be making out and dancing very closely. "Ed had his arm around her and was whispering in her ear and kissing her neck," a source said. "They were very flirty and couldn’t keep their hands off each other. It seems like a new love."
Another source spoke with E! News about Young and Week's rumored relationship and dished that they were very "touchy-feely," in addition to Weeks kissing Young's neck and shoulder "very sensually." Apparently, they were also being all cozy and cuddling with each other. Nothing has been confirmed or denied just yet, but if they walked the red carpet together and took photos side by side (above), then that may proof enough.
As fans of Scandal and The Mindy Project know, Young's character, Mellie, and Weeks' character, Jeremy, are extremely unlucky in love, so it's good to know that they both appear to be quite smitten with one another in real life.
Oh, also, remember that time Scandal creator Shonda Rhimes guest-starred on The Mindy Project ? I wonder if she introduced Young and Weeks? Yeah, I need to know more, stat.
Whatever the case, I'm sure somewhere The Mindy Project's Mindy Lahiri is freaking out over this, because you know she just can't fathom Jeremy scoring someone like Mellie.
