What Ivy Park Fans Should Know About Restock Plans
Surprise, surprise! Beyonce's co-founded clothing line Ivy Park, which debuted to shop only just today, is already dwindling in stores. If you're one of the lucky ones who got your hands on the pieces in stores, congrats on getting the duds to sweat like Queen Bey! But if you showed up at your local store hoping for particular pieces and sizes but left empty handed, you may be asking yourself: will Beyonce's Ivy Park line be restocked in stores?
Bustle has reached out to Ivy Park representatives about whether or not the items will be restocked in stores at the US retailers and will update if we receive a reply. But from the details I've gathered about Ivy Park in the last two weeks, there's a good chance that that you'll have another shot at getting your hands on some Ivy Park goodness in the future.
Go ahead, breathe that deep sigh of relief. Feels good to know that all your Beyonce/Ivy Park dreams aren't completely crushed, right? Now, let's go over the facts we know that point to a major likelihood that Ivy Park will be restocked in stores.
First off, co-founder Sir Philip Green told WWD earlier today that he's plans to widen distribution are already in order and that they are “just getting started.” Because Ivy Park has so clearly defined itself as it's own unit rather than simply a collaboration with Topshop, there's a good chance this won't be a one and done deal, something WWD mentioned Green doesn't really like.
While every case is different, most brands return with new items and new collections regularly. Add in the fact that the brand is co-founded by two people as a separate business venture, Beyonce and Green, without being attached to another company or brand, and things are looking up.
So, what does this all mean for you? You, who is still coveting those effortlessly chic, athletic pieces to make you look just like Beyonce while you're working out? That you'll probably have a lot more chances to buy Ivy Park.
It really comes as no surprise that the 200-piece collection is already tapering off, as fans and fashionistas alike have been anticipating the release of the effortless, athletic range since the initial announcement two weeks ago. But hopefully there will be news about a restock of existing styles sooner rather than later.
We have no confirmed news about whether or not Ivy Park will get restocked in stores, but according to what we know, all of you who still crave the Ivy Park shopping experience are probably in luck. Stay tuned for restock updates, and be sure to follow Ivy Park on Instagram, as well as Topshop and Nordstrom, for live updates.
And may the odds be ever in your Ivy favor!
