Watching a video of yourself can understandably be a bit awkward. It's hard not to focus on the sound of your voice, the weird faces you're making, and/or the hair that just won't stay put. According to a new WoodRocket video starring Coco Velvett, adult entertainers feel the same way, and when porn stars watch themselves having sex for the first time, it's pretty cringeworthy.
Interestingly, there's a long tradition of performers not checking out their own work. Julianne Moore hasn't seen a single one of her movies and Johnny Depp decided to stop watching his films long ago. All of these actors have said they feel it's better to focus on the performance and not the final product, so it makes sense people in porn wouldn't need to re-live their on set orgasms, either.
Although its NBD for porn stars to reveal the privatest of parts on camera, there's something about seeing in on a screen in full technicolor that inspires giggle fits and a whole lot of lip biting. Coco Velvett is downright floored by some of the stuff she sees herself doing. "It looks like I'm mashing a burrito into my mouth!" she exclaims. One can only guess what that scene is all about.
